We are looking for you who have a teaching license as a primary school teacher F-3 and have experience in adapted primary school for Blombackaskolan

Blombackaskolan is a two-parallel F–9 school with approximately 500 students and 70 staff members. The school is centrally located in Södertälje, next to Torekällberget, with proximity to nature and good transportation links. We offer a well-organized and stable school environment where the work teams form the foundation for the school's pedagogical development. Your responsibilities

- You are responsible for the entire teaching process for integrated students. 
- You understand the importance of teaching being creative and stimulating, while also being based on research and proven methods. 
- You are flexible and have good collaboration skills and a willingness to work together with other staff to help the student reach their full potential. 
- You plan, organize, and carry out teaching individually and together with colleagues.
- You organize and lead lessons tailored to students with intellectual disabilities. 
- You have an understanding of and experience with the fact that the role involves a significant care need, both in terms of overall supervision and support in practical/hygiene matters.

- You are professional in your role, take responsibility, are engaged, motivated, and contribute to continuous improvements. 
- You collaborate and develop together with others, contributing your knowledge and experience. 
- You are interested in working with students with disabilities and can adapt your teaching to this target group. 

Requirements:
- You are a licensed primary school teacher F-3.
- You have experience in adapted primary school assignments. 
- You are well acquainted with the adapted primary school's curriculum. 
- You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. 

Meritorious:
- You can work with and write additional adaptations within the adapted primary school area.
- You have several years of experience in the profession, preferably in subject areas. 
- You have knowledge and experience of alternative augmentative communication with sign support as well as compensatory teaching materials. 

We place great importance on your personal qualities, but the requirement that you are a licensed primary school teacher with experience in adapted primary school will be prioritized.

We offer you a temporary position of 80% as a teacher for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be part of an engaged and skilled faculty with a good culture of collaboration.
